How to get a card?
Zelf cards are already available in France and Spain! Sign up here with your phone number in your favourite messenger: WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber or Facebook Messenger. Your card will be ready in 30 seconds.

How will I get the card if I haven't given my address?
The card will arrive in your messenger, no plastic, just a virtual card that can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay. The bot will notify you when your card is ready.

What is a virtual card?
Itâs just a normal card, which you can add to your Google or Apple wallet and pay! The card can also be used online, but youâll have to verify to access international transactions.

Send a command Card to the bot. You will see your card and the expiry date will be visible on it.

Whatâs my PIN code?
Pin code is temporarily unavailable at Zelf. But unless you order a physical card (not yet available), you don't need it, because there is no cash withdrawal function.

How do I know my balance?
Use a command Balance and you will see your balance in the first line.

Can I change my card number? Or IBAN? And PIN?
No.

Can I have multiple cards?
Not yet. Now you can only have one card with one phone number.

How do I replace my card?
We can do it for 5 euro ââ just put some money on your card and contact the support in your chat bot.

How to add the card to Google Pay?
Take your ZELF card to offline shopping with contactless payments!
If your phone supports contactless payments, you can safely add your Zelf card to Apple Pay or Google Pay in just a few taps.
To add your card to Google Pay follow the instructionsđ:
- Go to the Google Pay app
- Tap Payment and than Add
- Enter card details manually
- Enter the verification code received via SMS

You can ask bot for video instructions. Send a word Card to the bot and click on đ˛ GPay|Apple Wallet.

How to add the card to Apple Pay?
Take your ZELF card to offline shopping with contactless payments!
If your phone supports contactless payments, you can safely add your Zelf card to Apple Pay or Google Pay in just a few taps.
To add your card to Apple Pay follow the instructionsđ:
- Go to the Wallet app
- Press + in the top right corner
- Select "Enter card details manually" and follow the instructions
- Enter the verification code received via SMS

You can ask bot for video instructions. Send a word Card to the bot and click on đ˛ GPay|Apple Wallet.

How can I top up my card?
You can top up Zelf card by typing the command "Add money" in the chatbot. There are several ways to do that:
1ď¸âŁ With another card:
An instant method: select đł From another card.
Fill in your card details (card number, expiry date and CVC/ CVV2 code) in secured browser window, enter the amount you would like to Top up
Click Top up and follow the prompts. Done!
2ď¸âŁ With your IBAN:
Bank transfer: select đŚ Reveal my IBAN.
Copy your IBAN and make a bank transfer from another account directly to your Zelf.

How not to get scammed?
âď¸Important: please make sure youâre using an official Zelf bot. In all messengers, there is a tick â which confirms it. You can access it here in any messenger.
Donât follow the top-up or verification links sent to you by a third party. Donât send money directly to the people you donât know personally.

How do you make sure transactions are secure?
We send SMS with unique code to confirm each and every transaction.
You can set limits to the size of transactions for additional security. Additional safety can be provided with a dedicated vault app which allows to set up Touch or Face ID for transaction confirmation. Touch or Face ID are also required for changing your settings.

Sure! Your funds are safe, and if you have any problems, we are always happy to help! You can read our detailed terms and conditions here.

How do I block my card?
If you suspect that your personal data may have been stolen, you can block your card.
Just type Block in the chatbot
After the card is blocked, you will receive a message with instructions on how to restore your card. Until then, most actions in the main menu will be blocked.

Why to verify my account?
You will be able to pay everywhere in the world without fees - not only in your country. Also, the limits of your card will be different:
â Monthly Top Up Limit: âŹ150 (âŹ3000 for a verified account)
â One-Time Top Up Limit: âŹ50 (âŹ500 for a verified account)
â Monthly Refund Payout Limit: âŹ150 (âŹ250 for a verified account)
â One-Time Online Purchase Limit: âŹ50 (âŹ500 for a verified account)
And finally, in case you change the phone number or have any problems with your account, it will be easier for us to help you.

I donât have one of the required documents
Unfortunately now itâs not possible to verify with only one document. We hope that soon we will be able to give you this possibility.

Where do you store my documents and face data?
We donât. Itâs an artificial intelligence who checks your documents. Be sure your documents are safe.

I donât receive SMS with verification code
If the verification code does not arrive, it may be due to weak connection, your telco provider restrictions or some other reasons that are beyond our control. Normally all zelfers receive the verification code. We suggest that you simply restart the registration or try again after a while.

How to top up my Zelf?
You can credit your Zelf card by typing the command "Add money" in the chatbot. You can proceed in several ways:
1. With another card: Select đłFrom another card. Enter the card data (card number, expiry date and CVV) in the secure window and indicate the desired amount. Click Credit and follow the instructions. It is done!
2. With your IBAN: Select đŚReveal my IBAN. Copy your IBAN and transfer money from another account.

How long does it take the money to appear on my card?
Card-to-card transfers are instant.
Bank transfers usually take 1-2 days, but can take up to 5. Paypal generally takes from 36 to 48 hours.

How to pay with my card?
You can add your card to Apple or Google wallet (read how to do it in the section đłCard) and pay contactless in any shops! The card can be used online too, but for international transactions youâll have to verify.

How to send money?
You can send money to your friends who also have a Zelf card. Go to the Earn & Spend menu and click Send Money!
Transfers to other banks are not yet available. Soon it will be possible for verified users.

What are the limits on my Zelf?
There are certain limits imposed for verified and non-verified cards. You are non-verified if you didn't provide your legal documents to us.
â Monthly Top Up Limit: âŹ150 (âŹ3000 for a verified account)
â One-Time Top Up Limit: âŹ50 (âŹ500 for a verified account)
â Monthly Refund Payout Limit: âŹ150 (âŹ250 for a verified account)

I spent all money up to my monthly limit, when can I pay again?
Take 30 days back from now and summarize all your spendings for these 30 days. The difference between what you get and 150 (3000 for a verified account) is what you can spend right now. That's how it works.
We recommend you to verify your identity to extend the limits.

How to receive money with Zelf?
You can share your Zelf card details (type Card number and follow the link) or send your IBAN to someone who wants to top up your card.
You can also type "Request money" to the bot, get a link and send it to anyone who wants to pay you.

Can I pay online?
Of course! But if your account is non-verified, you can only pay to sellers registered in your country.

If you want to cancel a purchase or get a refund, ask the seller how to do it. We wonât help you in this case.

How to sign up?

Bot will ask you for your full name and phone number. Please, share your real first and last name to avoid resetting your account in the future. After receiving an SMS with code and verifying it you are good to go. Your account is set up. That simple and takes only 30 sec.

What can I do with my Zelf account?
When you sign up to Zelf, you get access to all the basic banking operations, but very fast and simple. You can pre-order your Zelf card in 30 seconds and later on add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay. (cards are available only in France and Spain now)
After that, you can: check your balance, send money, ask for money, scan QR codes of other zelfers to send them money, create invoices, ask for reports on transactions and many more.
Later on we will add loans and savings accounts.

How much does Zelf cost?
It's free. If you want to boost your savings account or expand the limits go for one of the paid plans for heavy Zelfers (coming soon).

What fees do you charge?
No fees for transfer, only for top ups from other banking cards (IBAN top ups are always free).

2ď¸âŁ The second and subsequent - +1% of the amount you want to transfer, but not less than âŹ1.
(Available soon) Zelf has 3 free top ups for Premium accounts holders and 10 for Pro users.

Can I have one Zelf account in different messengers or phones?

Unfortunately, there is no "the second number" feature. You should create a new ZELF account. If you want to transfer your bonuses to your new account, we are receiving applications to support@zelf.co. We are looking at every case individually and retain the right to reject your application.

How to create an account for my child?
You need to have a verified account. If you do, send a command Junior to the bot. You will get a link to share with your kid. When they register, theyâll instantly get a verified account and +4 spendable bonuses!

How to make somebody my patron in Zelf?

What are the features of a Junior account?
An account made for a child is already verified by a parent. A kid will be able to pay for all kinds of stuff, but for the banned ones, like alcohol, cigs and gambling (you can find a full list of them in our terms). If the card information is stolen, a parent can block the card from his own account.

What's NFT?
NFT stands for non-fungible token. Normally, itâs digital goods & assets: pieces of art, collectibles, gaming items, etc. recorded on blockchain. Buying one makes you the only official owner of a piece that can not be replicated. Thatâs in a nutshell.

How to buy an NFT with Zelf?
Just send a command âNFTâ to ZELF bot. Then click đŚ Buy button. When the bot asks you for a link, give it a link to one specific item which you want to buy.

Which marketplaces are supported?
So far you can only buy something on OpenSea. Thatâs the largest and well-known platform for NFT trading. Weâre currently working on integrations with other marketplaces, too.

Do I need a crypto wallet?
Nope! You can use your EUR which you have on your card balance, any currency. Easy as a pie.

Can I buy any NFT I want?
At the moment we support only single NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain.
You canât buy NFT on auctions yet. The price of such items is too unstable. Itâs not something bad about them, itâs just not supported by Zelf.

Why marketplace price is different from the final price?
Any process of buying NFT includes a gas fee, and sometimes other fees. ZELF counts it all for you. No extra fees on our side đ

How long does it take to process my purchase?
Buying an NFT includes some internal technical processing. Normally it doesnât take more than 24 hours.

Why has my purchase failed?
Sometimes, due to some technical issues your NFT purchase can not be processed. Donât worry, your money will be quickly returned back on your card, no fees taken.

Can I mint an NFT at Zelf?
Right now, Zelf works with NFTs listed on other marketplaces. Weâre yet working on giving you possibility to mint in with Zelf too.
